What’s flow state? Flow state is an altered state of consciousness where we are at peak performance. By entering flow state, your performance naturally improves so here are 5 ways to enter flow state easier!

Flow State Hack #1 | Practice Non-Resistance

To enter flow state, you actually have to FLOW. Flow is LIGHT, not heavy, like the element of AIR. The mind and body must become fluid to enter our creative, peak performance state.

The isn’t usually our mind’s default. The mind resists.

The conscious mind resists many things all the time. It resists thoughts, feelings, and situations. This literally creates mental and physical weight.

When obstacles show up in your life, let go. If fear, anger, or sadness, show up, don’t resist. When happiness shows up, move with it.

Make “Let go,” your mantra & your flow state will be seamless which will improve your performance.

Flow State Hack #2 | Stress Less.

Stress Less, Flow State Hacks

It’s physically impossible to enter flow state when you’re in a stress state.

So why not just chill out, right?

Well, it’s not that simple.

Problem is, our brains are set up to be addicted to stress. So even if your “flow state” is your way to decompress, your brain is going keep running the stress circuits it’s addicted to. 

This prevents you from ever actually entering flow state. This holds you back from peak performance.

So how do you solve this? Well there are two components.

Subconscious beliefs about what you CAN and CANNOT do, what you do and don’t deserve, massively affects your ability to shift your into flow state consciousness.

Why is that?
