For SO LONG, I didn’t realize what I believed is what I achieved so I attracted failure after failure in my business, negative people into my life, and constant situations to feel guilty about.
Despite my best efforts, I constantly worried that I would never see the payoff for my efforts to build a “great” life.
It took 6+ years, but now, I attract opportunities and success in my business, positive and inspired people into my life, and constant situations to feel proud of myself.
It all comes down to CHANGING THE BELIEFS.

Last weekend I hosted a #BossLadiesNetworkingNight

Last weekend I hosted a #BossLadiesNetworkingNight in Utah and what an amazing night!
I never really expected to be putting together this event and i’m so glad I did!
This event was overall thrown together at the last minute, after putting out an initial feeler to some great Facebook communities about getting together with entrepreneurial women & biz owners in the area.
I believe in the philosophy of
“write the book you wanna read,”
“do the work you wanna see done,”
“create the world do you wanna live in.”
So when I go through the world, craving a connection with a community, I decided to step up and build it.
Growing up, living in an RV and traveling the world full-time, I always wanted community, but couldn’t really have it to the very nature of moving all the time.
I’ve never been much of a social person, not extroverted or outgoing. In fact I was definitely the shyest person you ever would’ve met up until a couple years ago. Back then I would’ve scoffed at you if you would’ve told me, I would one day host a social event😂
Just like I shared with these women at the event, often times, it’s the thing that’s most uncomfortable for you to embrace that becomes the key to your success— in work, life, and love.
For me, allowing myself to be heard, by overcoming the fear of judgment, criticism, and rejection has been a massive journey.
I struggled for a long time and was owned by my story.
I obeyed my beliefs as if they were my personal Bible. And at the very same time, I so deeply your age to be free from the fear. I envied the friendly extroverts. I felt unworthy for having no friends. And this alone prevented me from growing in business, because I was unwilling to speak. Be heard.
I’m once again awestruck by how true it still is how you are rewarded, sometimes it an indirect way, for dropping the things that you keep resisting.
Thank you to all the amazing woman who attended! Who were willing to show up in a room full of strangers that was no doubt, outside of some of ppl’s comfort zones. Thank you for allowing me to guide you into something that was hopefully more inspiring than just any old social event!

I used to feel anxious all the time & it led me to behaviors like…
working too much
drinking too much
over exercising
seeking achievements
swinging between highs of joy and lows of depression
mental breakdowns
frustration
anger
and loneliness.
Overtime I begin to notice that ALL of my anxieties were rooted in a fear of not HAVING or GETTING something.
But often times, we tell ourselves that we can’t have the things that we want.
Hence why we fall into the “Suffering spiral” 🌀 and end up anxious all the time
I know because I experienced this myself!
Your anxiety is a desire and that, my friend, is a GOOD thing!

There’s a proverb that says, “Go to the Ocean

There’s a proverb that says, “Go to the Ocean 🌊 to heal the body;
To the Mountains 🏔️ to heal mind;
And to the Desert 🏜️ to heal the soul”
From the epic mountains of Colorado,
To the desertscapes of St George,
Onto a plane to go surf in hometown Sunny SD,
On the road back to the southern Utah,
And onward to the Wasatch next week.
My mind feels clear, my body vital, and my soul at peace. I could maybe pick favorites but I don’t really wanna.
Feeling so blessed for this amazing lifestyle✈️
I remember years ago my mom asking me what my ideal life would look like at this age. I distinctly remember a key characteristic was that I got to swap between traveling in my RV, hopping on planes, and staying in houses and lately I’ve been getting to do exactly that.
And every day since then I’ve been held accountable to checking in with those past dreams and future ones. That’s how you build your best life— by committing to a vision and staying true to the path.
And now, while many other dreams are in the process of unfolding, I get to dance between my happy places.
Mountains.
Desert.
Sea.

There’s a mantra I remind myself often and it go

There’s a mantra I remind myself often and it goes like this: “If you wait until you’re ready, you’ll never do it.” Funny how a simple mantra can hold so much power🌟
I’ve used this mantra to find my courage when I was scared out of my mind. I’ve summoned its magic when I was riddled with self-doubt, feeling insecure and unworthy. You see, it’s a potent spell against our own fears, fears of falling short of our potential, of not living up to our dreams✨
I turn to this mantra because, tbh, it’s easy to listen to the whispers of fear and self-doubt. They can be oddly comforting.
But here’s the thing—I don’t want to look back at 30, 40, 50, 60, or 70 and wish I had seized the moment!
As life unfolds, no one says, “Gee, I wish I hadn’t taken that chance.” Regret isn’t born from daring to try; it’s the child of missed opportunities 🚀
I used to carry a bundle of those little daily regrets, regret for not being the person I wanted to be—bold, heard, and confident.
Whether I’m climbing mountains or venturing into new career territories as a speaker, workshop facilitator, or coach, there was 1 thing I knew: every endeavor required a FAT dose of confidence💪
Confidence is a prerequisite for capability. You can’t become more capable until you first create confidence. It’s the secret sauce to every new road of life.
No matter what you aim for—be it a fresh relationship, a new job, a fatter wallet, a change of scenery, or just saying “no” when you need to—it all starts with believing in yourself.
Confidence is the ticket to the show, the driving force behind your actions 🎟️
Without it, those actions are like a ship without a rudder—going nowhere fast🚢
So believe in yourself.
Have faith in your ability to weather the storms of failure, defeat, and rejection.
So how do you do it?
You fall madly in love with yourself💛
It’s not vain; it’s the key to unlocking relentless confidence, to facing whatever hurdles life throws your way🌺
Lemme tell ya, your future self will thank you🌄
It’s all about daring, believing, and becoming the hero of your own story.💪💖

Life’s not about goals or momentary joy. It’s about waking up excited to pursue the purpose that your soul was put here for.

I read an important reminder yesterday: pain & suf

I read an important reminder yesterday: pain & suffering are not the same.
Life can be painful, but suffering is a choice. It might seem strange, but it’s liberating to know this. However, just knowing it isn’t enough.
This is HUGE to understand:
👉 The reason we suffer instead of just feeling pain is because our brains are addicted to suffering. Our brains like it!
You see, our brains enjoy creating stories around our pain. These stories include things like:
- Why we’re right or wrong
- Who’s at fault
- Why life is unfair
- Why obstacles shouldn’t have existed
- Why challenges are “bad”
As a result, we spiral into inner turmoil that could manifest as sadness, frustration, or simply, a lack of excitement for life.
We might notice this when “big pains” happen, but here’s the tougher question: What about the turmoil we’ve been carrying from 1, 5, or even 10 years ago?
The truth is, most pain is actually rooted in your childhood beliefs.
